New Crisis hotline dedicated to trans people, now open to calls
San Francisco-based Trans Lifeline has collected an all-trans staff of volunteers who aim to make the crisis hotline experience more comfortable and accessible for trans callers. (Seen in The Advocate)

“Our mission is to end sexual violence in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA) and other gender and sexual diverse communities through an empowerment and social justice framework.
We provide direct services and advocacy, prevention and outreach, as well as statewide training and technical to any agencies, groups or organizations looking to expand knowledge and skills in working with LGBTQIA communities.
All services are free and confidential.”
